Han Mu Do Techniques

Han Mu Do is an extremely well balanced martial art because it incorporates various types of techniques from several Korean martial arts. Han Mu Do contains the various kicks and strikes of Tae Kwon Do, the throws of Yudo (Korean Judo), and joint locks similar to those of Hapkido.
